You earn commission on the bookings your videos drive, paid through TikTok GO directly. Campaigns and leaderboard prizes are paid separately. Hotel stays are in-kind value, not cash, so we always keep those numbers separate.
No. We match you with opportunities and support you if you want it, but you keep full creative control. Some creators want a lot of guidance; some just want the footage and the program access. Both are fine.
